What we collect
Account data (email, username, role), learning goals, tutoring profiles, booking and classroom session metadata, optional safety fields (date of birth, work state, verification status), and consent choices you make in our privacy banner.
Children under 13
We require a parent or guardian consent flow before collecting personal information from users we know are under 13 (COPPA-aligned). Parents can review information and request deletion from their parent account or Trust & safety pages.
Your choices (GDPR / CCPA-oriented)
You can Accept all, Accept some categories, or Reject non-essential cookies and processing. Necessary cookies keep the site working (login session, language, security). Analytics, marketing, and AI personalization run only if you allow them. California residents may request access, deletion, or content erase for minors via Teaching hours & safety rules.
International transfers
If you use the service from the EEA/UK, data may be processed in the United States or other regions by our hosting and AI providers. Transfer safeguards will be documented after counsel review (e.g. SCCs).
